Finally, a cart I'm pleased with. Actually better than anticipated. The wheels, for one, are much heftier than they appear in the photo. The "thumb nuts" and almost all other visible nylon-plastic parts are a smart looking light gray color, not the bright orange shown in the photo. Very little orange is used.Assembly instructions are printed on an end flap of the carton, all in pictures. At first, it seemed a bit challenging, but turned out to be more intuitive, and as claimed, no tools were needed.The crank handle is shown on different sides in different illustrations and indeed, the handle and inlet can be mounted either way, depending on your preference for a left hand or right hand crank.I am very impressed with the quality of all the parts. A 13 mm (1/2 inch) diameter leader hose was included, with adapters to allow standard thread or quick release connections.I am confident that this will give me many years of satisfactory service.

For the price, this unit should be a lot nicer than it is. I was very disappointed that the fasteners used to hold it together are all plastic. However, once it was assembled, it is sturdy and it does hold 100 feet of hose without acting like it is going to fall apart (like some of the plastic hose carts do!). It took about 20 minutes to assemble, using just pictures on the box. No tools are required (again, because it uses plastic twist-on fasteners). I would much rather use bolts with proper nuts. If these plastic fasteners fail I'll surely replace them with real metal nuts and washers. For the price of metal and plastic, this is still overpriced. It should have a hose guide, and a place to hang tools. I do like the hose quick-disconnects. One other major gap with this product is the small diameter of the hose from the unit to the wall. It is far smaller than normal garden hose material, so it does restrict water flow. I'm going to keep this cart, but unless it proves exceptionally long-lasting, I'll look for something better the next time around.

Received this item on time. Had to assemble using the picture guides on the box. Took me approx an hour. Was easy to assemble. I like the product very much.
