The Customer Service is the Real Star

The sprayer does everything that it should. I had a small problem and had to contact customer service. After dealing with automated systems and scripted replies from other companies, it was a real pleasure dealing with Chapin's customer service representative. They were professional, helpful and prompt in addressing the problem. Very rare in today's environment.

After burning through a few sprayers the last few years, I purchased this one from Amazon and have been happy with purchase. Comfortable to wear on back and the quality seems higher than those purchased for similar prices at Lowes or Home Depot.
