Don't Buy !!! Poor Performance !!

I wish someone had written a review of this item before I spent my money on it . I bought this lopper because of it's advertised 2 1/4" cutting capacity to use on both soft and hard-wood trees .. It wont cut more than 1" fir and pine or more than 3/4" oak and other hard-woods without multiple cuts or rotating while making a cut . It wont cut anything over 1 1/2 diameter at all and I'm better off using a handsaw . I have an old "Craftsman" lopper that I was going to replace with this new "High Performance" (what a disappointment) Corona but the older tool is by far a better performer .. Don't waste your money !!!

Excellent lopper. Had used Corona's 24 or 26" lopper. This one can still get in relatively tight areas but gives a bit more leverage so can theoretically cut larger diameter. They work very well, well made. Cost more than the big box makes but are much better quality. Made to last.

Super pruners

Loppers have longer handle and can cut bigger brunches, this is my second pair( I gave first one to my parents).It takes less energy to prune bigger brunches. They truly are professional grade. Very good price. I had hard time finding them.
