Misrepresented

Product WAS NOT as pictured. A very bad purchase for the price. If I wanted a table top angel I would have ordered one. This angel in the pictures shown looks very tall and at least 5 ft tall when you look at her in the picture with the table next to her. MISREPRESENTATION and I should get my money back. Since the box is gone I can't send back to seller so I will keep her.Very disappointed and will never buy from this seller again. If you put a picture of any product amd make is look larger then it is, you are misrepresenting when you send something completely different.Seller should be repremended for this and should not be allowed to sell on amazon.Also color was not as shown in picture - was supposed to be rust looking and mine is black.Again, the seller should not be allowed to sell on amazon for products he advertises and sends a completely different item.What is my recourse?

Just right

Received two of these angels today. They are perfect for my formal garden that I am putting together. As pictured, they are brown with black accents. I measured a stick before ordering so I knew actually how tall they would be and how they would look in the space I had created for them. I have been looking on line as well as locally (Seattle) and have found nothing in this price range, this tall and good quality I just ordered two more...

The Angel was all that I hoped it would be. I would rather have a verdi-green because it does seem rather dark, but the quality seems to be excellent.
